I’ve been bringing my car here for the past two years and have consistently had a very positive experience. The team has always been professional, honest, and helpful, and the work has been completed correctly and within the expectations they set. They communicate clearly and follow through on their promises. Ernie has been especially helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed an update. It’s reassuring to work with a shop that is dependable, stands behind its work, and treats its customers well. I’ve never had an issue and would gladly recommend them to others.

Everyone there was super kind. I brought my '05 Tacoma because I will be taking a long road trip and wanted to make sure that everything was working properly. There was also a suspicious sound that came about a few days before I brought the truck in. It turned out to need a lot more work than I thought. The photos were so helpful in showing what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They didn't pressure me into the other needed services or try to sell me on extra stuff that I didn't need. They gave me their professional opinion on the situation but ultimately left the decision to me. Since it turned out that my truck needed to be there overnight to complete repairs they set up a drop off ride for me on the fly. I am bringing my truck back next week to complete more work, as well as for my Tacoma's future needs.

HEART Evanston has to be one of the most professional, friendly, and customer service-focused automotive shops I’ve ever been to. Keisha is so nice and Ernie & his team are good communicators-I like how they explain the service that they recommend by also showing photos. They never pressure me to have work done or try to over-sell. I have been taking all our family’s cars to HEART for over 5 years and highly recommend them!

Best auto repair experience in Evanston — honest, accommodating, and truly exceptional service I had an outstanding experience with Heart Certified Auto Care, and I can confidently say this is one of the most trustworthy and professional auto repair shops in Evanston. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Demitri and Keesha at the front desk, who were absolutely fantastic. They were warm, organized, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Their communication was clear, and they made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why—something that immediately built trust. I came in needing multiple services, including fixing my back hitch, getting an oil change, and replacing all four tires. If you are in need of a car repair this is the place to go. We made an appointment and once we arrived our car was immediately taken back and work was started. Super easy parking lot to get into and nice clean sitting area. We were offered coffee and they even had toys for our toddler to play with! Justin, Frank and Sam kept us up to date on the status of our car and were transparent about the repairs that were needed. We have found our new mechanic here and I finally feel like we have people we can trust. Thank you guys so much!!
